Abstract

Problematika výstavby svépomocí, práce s velkou a malou stavební firmou Tématem bakalářské práce je zejména problematika svépomocné výstavby. Teoretická část je věnována definování oblasti stavebního trhu, kde lze tento způsob realizace zvolit, a činnostem, které naopak svépomocně realizovat nelze. Vše na základě platné české legislativy. Pokračuje analýzou rozhodujících kritérií, na základě kterých se stavebník rozhoduje pro realizaci stavby svépomocí či dodavatelským způsobem. Praktická část práce se věnuje konkrétní stavbě a stavebním konstrukcím, u kterých je vypracováno finanční a časové porovnání mezi svépomocnou výstavbou a stavbou na klíč, a výsledky jsou užity jako vodítko pro odhad nákladů na celý objekt. Cílem práce je zdokumentovat fakta ovlivňující volbu způsobu realizace stavby, následně porovnat obě varianty realizace stavby, a to na základě zdokumentovaných faktů a zpracovaných informací, a vyvodit závěr, ve kterém budou objektivně posouzeny výsledky.

The aim of the thesis is to document the facts influencing the choice of the method of realization of the construction, the subsequent comparison of all variants on the basis of the previously obtained and processed information and the conclusion in which the results will be objectively assessed.
