Analýza příčin vlhkosti objektu včetně sanace

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou negativního vlivu dlouhodobého působení vlhkosti ve stavbách a následným návrhem sanace. Cílem teoretické části práce je seznámit se s možnými příčinami, důsledky a opatřeními souvisejícími s pronikáním vlhkosti do konstrukcí. Teoretické znalosti jsou následně aplikovány na památkově chráněném objektu rodinného domu, který se nachází v Praze v ulici Strahovská. V praktické části autor analyzuje poznatky získané z provedených průzkumů, zejména stavebně technického a vlhkostního, a na jejich základě navrhuje vhodné sanační opatření.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the negative influence of the long-term effect of moisture in buildings and its restoration. The purpose of the theoretical part is to recognize the possible reasons, consequences and measures related to the penetration of moisture into constructions. The theoretical knowledge is then applied to a listed building of a family house located in Prague, Strahovska Street. In the practical part the author analyzes the knowledge gained from the conducted surveys, especially from surveys of construction and moisture, and proposes appropriate restoration measures.
