Týmová práce ve společnosti R&D

Abstract

V teoretické části této bakalářské práce se autorka zabývala vysvětlením pojmů v rámci týmové práce. Jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy co je to tým, důležitost funkce týmu, jaké druhy týmu existují, jak se jednotlivé týmy staví. Následně v teoretické části je zaměření na týmové role, které jsou orientované na lidi, na výkony a na myšlení. V teoretické části se řeší také samotné vedení týmu a jeho motivace. V neposlední řadě se tato práce věnuje obasti teambuildingu a jeho jednotlivých praktik. V praktické části se nejprve definuje cíl a výzkumné otázky. Poté základní informace o společnosti, ve které analýza probíhala. Podrobné zkoumání jednotlivých pracovníků a jejich vlastností a dovedností. Jejich pracovní výkony individuálně a v týmové práci. Výsledky šetření vyšly podle stanoveného cíle a to, že pracovníci vykazují lepších výsledků, když pracují v týmu spolu.

In the theoretical part of this Bachelor's degree thesis, I attempted to explain some of the terminologies associated with team work, the basic concepts of a team, the importance of the team and functions, the different types of teams and how teams are built. Subsequently, as well as in the theoretical part of this thesis, there is a focus on teams' roles, which are people-oriented, performance-driven and based on rational thinking. Team management and motivation were also discussed. This research work was conducted to show the contrast between team-building and individual practices. Firstly, in the practical section, the aim of the research questions were defined, followed by the basic information about the company in which the analysis was conducted. A detailed research of individual workers, their characteristics and skills were also conducted. Their work performances individually and collectively as a team were also studied. The results of the research were based on the stated parameters and proved that the workers achieve a better result when working together collectively as a team than as separate individuals.
