Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit vnitropodnikovou komunikaci ve vybrané společnosti a určit její silné a slabé stránky. Přínosem je návrh efektivního řešení vnitropodnikové komunikace, které povede ke zlepšení stávající situace. | cze |

The data obtained from the questionnaire revealed the current state of internal communication in the company. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze and evaluate the internal communication in the selected company and to identify its strengths and weaknesses.
