Abstract

Obsahem této práce jsou informace o zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Vysvětlení kdo je osoba se zdravotním postižením. Popis základních forem zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Právní úprava. Práva a povinnosti zaměstnavatelů. Přínosy zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením pro zaměstnavatele. Cíl této práce je zjištění a porovnání jak probíhá zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením ve třech odlišných společnostech. Použitá výzkumná metoda je strukturovaný rozhovor. Výsledky výzkumu jsou popisy toho, jak probíhá zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením v jednotlivých společnostech. Závěr výzkumné části jsou doporučení společnostem v oblasti zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením.

The content of this thesis is clarify relationship between employer and employee with disabilities. In the first part of my thesis I describe disability person from definition of Czech law, main forms of their employment and their rights and duties, employer benefits and obligation. Main goal of the thesis is compare condition of disabilities work environment in three different companies. Structured dialog has been used as research method. Results of this research are three definitions of disabilities work environment in companies mentioned above. Conclusion of my work are recommendations to companies in the field of employment disabilities.
