Analýza projektu změny organizace A

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat plánovaný projekt změny nestátní neziskové organizace Aeroklub České republiky z.s. a jeho dopad v okruhu vykonávaných činností a s tím související úprava počtu pracovníků/zaměstnanců. V teoretické části je popsán neziskový sektor a následně management změny spolu s jednotlivými teoriemi. V praktické části dále je popsán Aeroklub České republiky a jeho současný stav s navázaným znovu rozšířením okruhu činností v rámci projektu převzetí státní správy.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse the planned project of change of non-governmental non-profit organisation Aeroclub of Czech Republic and its impact on the range of activities carried out and the related adjustment of the number of employees. The theoretical part describes the non-profit sector and consequently the change management together with the individual theories. The practical part describes Aeroclub of Czech Republic and its current status with the re-expansion of the scope of activities within the framework of the state administration takeover project.
