Stavebně technologický projekt - rekonstrukce administrativní budovy

Abstract

Autor ve své bakalářské práci popisuje historii, základy a konstrukční zásady sádrokartonových konstrukcí se zaměřením na bezpečnostní příčky. Dále popisuje stavebně-fyzikální vlastnosti sádrokartonu a kontrolu provedení konstrukcí ze sádrokartonu, a to příček a podhledů. Autor v tvorbě stavebně technologického projektu zadaného objektu vychází ze získaných teoretických informací a předané dokumentace. Stavba, kterou autor řeší je částečná rekonstrukce historické budovy v centru města sloužící jako administrativní budova. Jedná se o sedmipatrovou budovu v památkové zóně, která se původně skládala ze dvou rozdělených objektů. Autor zpracovává technologickou a prostorovou strukturu postupu rekonstrukce. Součástí rekonstrukce jsou i bourací práce, které však nezasahují nosnou konstrukci budovy. Autor dále zpracovává časový model postupu prací a zařízení staveniště s ohledem na bezpečnost práce. Podkladem pro zpracování bakalářské práce je projektová dokumentace. Výsledkem práce, je návrh postupu prací rekonstrukce, za účelem dodržení termínu dokončení zadaného investorem.

Author of this bachelor thesis describes the history, foundations and construction principles of gypsum boards with a focus on safety partitions. It also describes the physical properties of plasterboard and the control of the construction of plasterboard, namely partitions and ceilings. From the theoretical information obtained and the submitted documentation, the author creates a construction of the building project of the given object. The building that the author creates is a partial reconstruction of a historic building in the city centre serving as an administrative building. It is a seven-storey building in a monument zone that originally consisted of two divided objects. The author processes the technological and spatial structure of the reconstruction process. Remodelling works are also part of the reconstruction, but they do not interfere with the supporting structure of the building. The author further elaborates the time model of work progress and equipment of the site with regards to work safety. The basis for the bachelor's thesis is the project documentation. The result of the work is a proposal for the reconstruction work to meet the completion deadline set by the investor.
