Formy a zdroje financování bydlení

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá několika formami a zdroji financování bydlení v České republice. V úvodní části této práce je představen bytový fond, jeho struktura a bytová výstavba na našem území. Ve druhé části se přibližují jednotlivé zdroje financování bydlení, jak fungují a jaké jsou jejich silné, případně slabé stránky. Konkrétně vlastní zdroje, cizí zdroje a programy na podporu bydlení v rámci České republiky. V poslední části je znázorněno reálné využití zdrojů financování na výstavbu bytového domu.

This bachelor thesis focuses on various forms and sources of housing financing in the Czech Republic. In the first part of this thesis is presented the housing found, his structure and housing construction in our country. In the second part are approached the sources of housing finance, how they work, their strenghts and weaknesses. In particular, own sources, foreign sources and housing support programs within the Czech Republic. The last part shows the real use of sources of financing for the construction of the apartment building.
