Energetická a technická sanace starých objektů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem energetických a technických sanačních opatření, která vedou ke snížení energetické náročnosti budovy. Způsoby provedení těchto opatření jsou popsány v teoretické části. V praktické části jsou navrhnuty konkrétní řešení pro vybraný objekt. V rámci stavebních úprav řešíme posouzení tepelně-technických vlastností jednotlivých konstrukcí za pomoci výpočtových programů a provedení sanačních opatření. Hlavním výsledkem práce je navržení vhodných energetických a technických opatření s ohledem na energetickou náročnost budovy a požadavky investora.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the design of energy and technical sanitation leading to reducing energy performance of the building. Individual energy and technical sanitations are described in the theoretical part. In the practical part, we propose the construction of the selected building. Within the construction work, we are dealing with the assessment of the thermal and technical properties of individual construction with the help of calculation programs and the implementation of appropriate sanitation measures.
