Současný stav využití BIM v ČR

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je popsat současný stav využití metodiky BIM v České republice. K řešení tohoto problému je využito kvantitativního průzkumu formou dotazníkového šetření mezi odborníky z různých oblastí českého stavebnictví. Průzkum se zaměřuje především na využití různých typů dokumentace v rámci vybraných činností stavebního procesu. Při jeho analýze je kladen důraz jak na hledání souvislostí mezi charakteristikou respondenta a odpověďmi na otázky týkajícími se znalostí a využívání metodiky BIM, tak na sledování využívání sdíleného BIM modelu na vstupu a výstupu jednotlivých činností. Výchozím bodem pro sestavení dotazníku bylo podrobné studium a porovnání již uskutečněných průzkumů v zahraničí i ČR a studium možných BIM použití. Na základě získaných dat se podařilo nalézt několik souvislostí týkajících se využívání BIM modelu v rámci různých skupin respondentů a identifikovat činnosti, při nichž je v současnosti BIM nejvíce využíván, i činnosti, při jejichž vykonávání dochází k omezení možnosti využití BIM modelu v činnostech následujících. Výsledky práce otevírají prostor pro podrobné zkoumání využívání BIM modelu v rámci vybraných činností a sledování prostupu BIM modelu činnostmi, které na sebe v rámci stavebního procesu navazují, či se překrývají.

The aim of the present diploma thesis is to describe the current state of the BIM methodology in the Czech Republic. For this purpose, we used quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire, which we distributed among experts from various areas of Czech civil engineering. The primary focus of the survey is the use of various types of documentation within selected activities of the building process. When analysing the results of the survey, we paid the most attention to finding links between characteristics of individual respondents and their responses to questions on knowledge and use of the BIM methodology. At the same time, we observed the use of a shared BIM model on the input and output of individual activities. To be able to make the questionnaire, we made a detailed study and comparison of surveys that had already been carried out in the CR and abroad, as well as a study of potential Uses of BIM, and we then used this knowledge as a starting point for creation of our questionnaire. Based on the collected data we managed to find several links related to the use of the BIM model within different groups of respondents and to identify activities for which BIM is currently used the most. We also identified activities, which restrict the possibility to use the BIM model in activities, which follow after them. The results of the study provide room for detailed examination of the use of the BIM model within selected activities and observation of its potential in activities, which follow one after another in the building process, or which overlap.
