Kulturní centrum Avia

Abstract

V rámci konverze bývalého průmyslového areálu Avia Letňany je navržena zcela nová, moderní městská čtvrť pro více než dvacet tisíc obyvatel, která má potenciál stát se novým centrem celé severní části Prahy. Takové místo si žádá významné veřejné budovy, jenž slouží jako kulturní středobody oblasti. Navržený objekt kulturního centra nabízí vše, co je v tomto směru důležité. Stává se krytým náměstím, přirozeným centrem a dominantou. V dnešní době vznikají nová multifunkční kulturní centra jako odpověď na požadované různorodé využití prostor. Forma staveb se velmi mění s ohledem na měřítko a zástavbu. V České republice je vhodnou ukázkou společenské centrum Uffo v Trutnově, jenž díky své multifunkčnosti umožňuje pořádat nejrůznější společenské akce. Návrh navazuje na předdiplomní projekt, který je prezentován v úvodní části tohoto portfolia. V další části zahrnují architektonickou studii a vybrané technické aspekty stavebního díla. Důležitou součástí práce je závěrečný seznam zdrojů a literatury.

Within the conversion of the former industrial premises of Avia Letňany, a brand new modern urban quarter has been designed for more than 20,000 inhabitants, which has the potential to become a new center of the entire area of Northern Prague. Such a place requires important public buildings, which would serve as the cultural centers of the area. The designed object of the cultural center offers everything that is important in this respect. It becomes a roofed square, a natural center and landmark. At present, new multi-functional cultural centers are built as an answer to the required variable use of space. The form of the buildings changes with regard to scale and the surrounding objects. A good example of this in the Czech Republic is the community center Uffo in Trutnov, which allows people to organize various cultural and social events, thanks to the multi-functional nature of the place. The design builds on the pre-diploma project, which is presented in the introduction of this portfolio. The following part includes the architectural study, and the selected technical aspects of the structure. The work also includes a bibliography a literature and resources used.
