Víceúčelový objekt na Výstavišti Holešovice

Abstract

Předmětem diplomní práce je návrh víceúčelového objektu na výstavišti Holešovice. Hlavním podkladem byl urbanistický návrh z předdiplomního projektu. Prostorové řešení stavby plně respektuje nový urbanistický plán. Celková hmota je dělena na tři samostatné celky, které zohledňují hlavní komunikační proudy a pohledové cíle. Výškové řešení stavby není jednotné. Každý celek je řešen jinak dle okolí a funkčních návazností. Hmotovému dělení stavby odpovídá i dělení funkční na objekt A, B a C. V objektu A se nachází nákupní centrum a bar, v objektu B je víceúčelový sál a kinosály a v objektu C je supermarket, knihovna a zázemí sálu. Nosná konstrukce stavby je železobetonový skelet s doplňujícími ocelovými konstrukcemi. Obvodové konstrukce jsou řešeny LOP systémem, podzemní část objektu je železobetonová vana. Fasáda je předsazená ocelová konstrukce s polykarbonátovými panely.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of a polyfunctional building at the exhibition area Holešovice. The thesis is based on the urban plan that was created in a pre-diploma project. The shape of the building fully respects the urban plan. The total mass is divided into three separate units according to the main communications and viewing targets. Elevation of buildings is not uniform. Everything is solved differently according to surrounding and functional links. The mass division of the building corresponds to the division functional on the object A, B and C. There is a shopping centre and a bar in the building A, there is a polyfunctional hall and cinemas in object B and a supermarket, a library and a hall background in object C. The supporting structure of the building is a reinforced concrete skeleton with complementary steel structures. The perimeter structures are solved by the panel system, the underground part of the building is made of reinforced concrete too. The façade is a steel structure with polycarbonate panels.
