Abstract

POLYFUNKČNÍ DŮM - JABLONEC NAD NISOU Obsahem diplomové práce je návrh polyfunkčního domu na místě současného autobusového nádraží vJablonci nad Nisou v rámci předdiplomního projektu urbanistické koncepce na tomto území. Pozemek, na němž je stavba navržena, je ohraničen ze severu "Jabloneckými věžáky" a z jihu řekou Lužická Nisa. Území je rovinaté, místy se svažuje k řece. Architektonické řešení vychází z urbanistického konceptu, kterým je soubor staveb, které vytváří prostory propojené promenádou okolo Lužické Nisy. Celý objekt se skládá ze tří kvádrových hmot. Dvě hmoty směřují kolmo k řece a svou výškou reagují na okolní zástavbu. Výška byla zvolena, aby nepřevyšovala okolní zástavbu a zároveň nezastiňovala nově vzniklou ulici mezi navrženým objektem a "Jabloneckými věžáky". Otočením hmot kolmo na řeku jsem zajistil, že ulice mezi věžáky a nově navrženou budovou nebude stísněná a stávající zástavba bude mít stále hezký výhled mezi jednotlivými hmotami. Třetí hmota dotváří profil ulice a je pouze jednopodlažní. Také vytváří jakousi bariéru od hlučnější ulice a zajišťuje větší soukromí a klid okolo řeky. Prostor, který vznikl mezi jednotlivými hmotami, jsem využil jako polosoukromý prostor pouze pro obyvatele domu. Objekt má jedno podzemní podlaží a šest nadzemních. V suterénu se nacházejí garáže a technické zázemí. V přízemí jsou komerční prostory a ve zbylých patrech jsou bytové jednotky. Fasáda objektu reaguje na světové strany a umístění budovy na pozemku. Severní a východní fasáda tvoří plnou hmotu. Nachází se tam většina technického zázemí bytů a schodišťový prostor s výtahem, který je celý prosklený a zakryt stínícími žaluziemi. Fasáda slouží jako bariéra od hluku z ulice a z veřejného prostoru. Jižní a západní fasáda je celá otevřená směrem k řece. Po celé délce jsou balkony, ze kterých je krásný výhled a díky posuvným stínícím panelům si člověk může regulovat své soukromí. Velká posuvná okna zajišťují dostatečné proslunění všech bytů. Okolí objektu je obklopeno přírodním prostředím řeky Lužické Nisy a nově navrženým parkem. Celé prostředí tak vytváří dokonalé podmínky pro bydlení.

MULTIFUNCTIONAL BUILDING - JABLONEC NAD NISOU The content of the master's thesis is the design of a multifunctional house on the site of the current bus station in Jablonec nad Nisou within the framework of the pre-master's project of a urban planning in this area. The land on which the building is designed is bordered to the north by the "Jablonec towers" and to the south of the Lužická Nisa River. The area is flat, sometimes sloping to the river. The architectural design is based on an urban concept, which is a set of buildings that make up spaces connected by a promenade around the Lužická Nisa. The whole object is consisted of three blocks of mass. Two masses direct perpendicularly to the river and with their height react to the surrounding area. The height was chosen so it doesn't exceed the surrounding buildings and at the same time doesn't shade the newly created street between the object and the "Jablonec towers". Turning the building mass perpendicularly to the river, I ensured that the streets between the towers and the newly designed building will not be confined and the existing buildings will still have a nice view between the masses. The third mass fills the street profile and is only one-storey. It also creates a barrier from the noisy streets and provides more privacy and peace around the river. The space that was created between the masses was used as a semi-private space only for the inhabitants of the house. The building has one underground floor and six floors above ground. In the basement there are garages and technical facilities. On the ground floor there are commercial spaces and on the other floors there are apartmetns. The facade of the building reacts to the world parties and to the placing of the building. The north and eastern facades are with small windows and they are very compact. There is most of the technical background of the apartments and the staircase with a lift. The facade protects the building from noise of street and noise of public spaces. The south and west facades are opened to the river and they have balcony with a beautiful view. People can regulate their privacy with sliding shading panels. Large windows ensure sufficient sunlight for all apartments. The building's neighborhood is surrounded by the natural of the Lužická Nisa River and the newly designed park. The whole environment creates perfect conditions for housing.
