Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu v Praze ve vilové čtvrti Hanspaulka v ulici Na Špitálce. Lokalita je velice ceněná nejenom pro svůj historický význa, ale také pro dochovanou zástavbu. Parcela umožňuje neuvěřitelné výhledy na Prahu. Zahrnující řadu dominant, jako je Pražský hrad, Žižkovská věž či Trojský most. Zadaná parcela je čtvercového tvaru, a je orientovaná přibližně jiho-severním směrem. Z těchto stěžejních kamenů vychází koncepce domu, který má čtvercový půdorys. A je tvořen kompaktní hmotou o třech nadzemních podlaží, aby byl uplatněn plný pootenciál výhledu. Objekt je odsazen od ulice nejen díky přílehlé garáži, ale i proto, aby vznikla zahrada na západoseverní stranu z důvodu flexibility domu. Předpokládá se totiž, že navržený hostinský pokoj v přízemí bude sloužit jako samostatná bytová jednotka k pronajmutí či jao startovní byt jednoho z dětí investorů. Zbytek zahrady je orientován jižním směrem, kde je i umístěna rozlehlá terasa k posezení, či koupací jezírko pro děti. Přáním investorů bylo, aby navržený dům sloužil zároveň jako rekreační dům, proto byla snaha o zjemnění ostrých kontur domu navrženou zahradou s velkým množstvím zeleně. Extenzivní zeleň byla použita i na střechu garáže. Dům drží v jiho-severním směru průmyslný průhled, aby byl ve větším konstaktu s vnějším prostředím. Jižní část fasády je prosklenější, aby byly využity solární benefity. V posledním nadzemním podlaží bylo použito prokleného obvodového pláště, aby došlo k odlehčení domu a bylo využito zmíněných výhledů.

Subject of this bachelor´s degree work is project of family house, which is proposed for family counting four members. A plot of ground for this project is located in villa neighbourhood Hanspaulka, in the street Na Špitálce. This location is very popular, not only for its historical context, but also for well preserved housebuilding in the area. The patch allows spectacular city views, with its significant domains as Prague Castle, Žižkov tower or Troja bridge. Shape of the patch has squared character, oriented in south-north azimut. Mentioned specifications, are essential for concept of the house. It´s three storey house, that allows utilizing the full potential of view and it has squared floor plan and compact shape. This building is shifted from the street for two reasons. First reason is that part of the space is being used for building of garage abbuting to the house. The second reason is that this solution permits establishment of garden in west-north azimut, which is important for flexibility of house owners. It´s assumed that the guest room could serve as independent flat for rent, or for one of owners´s children, in the future. Rest of the garden is oriented in southern direction, and a spacious terrace as well as garden lake for swimming, can be found here. One of the investor´s intensions is ablity of this house, to serve for relaxation and recreation purposes. So I made an effort to soften character of the house by creating concept of green garden around the house, and putting verdure on the roof of the garage. You can look through the space of the house in south-north azimut, which support visual connection of the interior with the exterior. Southern part of facade contains a lot of glass extent so as sun may come directly into the house. There is light periferal glassed casing on the top floor, which makes the house less heavy and uses potential of incoming sunlight as well.
