Rodinný dům - Lobendava

Abstract

ANOTACE Zadáním bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v přírodním lomu Lobendava poblíž stejnojmenné obce v severních Čechách. Řešený pozemek od obce Lobendava dělí zhruba 3,5 km plochy lesů a přírodních útvarů. Zatopený lom je obestavěn skálou, která se stala částečným úkrytem navrženého rodinného domu. Záměrem je zachovat prioritní postavení přírody v této lokalitě a hmotu domu navrhnout jako nerušivý element vůči okolí. Do pravoúhlého půdorysného tvaru se propisuje břeh vodní hladiny. Organická křivka zároveň kopíruje tvar skály a nenarušuje tak hmoty přírodních útvarů. Pro dosažení přímého kontaktu interiéru s exteriérem je tato organická jihozápadní fasáda celoplošně zasklená. Nadstandartní řešení rodinného domu je navrženo podle představ investora a na základě umístění v této lokalitě je dům vybaven přidanými funkcemi a dostatečným prostorem. K domu na západní straně náleží venkovní terasa s pobytovým schodištěm a bezokrajový bazén zapuštěný do lomu. Dům Lobendava představuje ničím nerušený domov uprostřed přírody.

ANNOTATION The assignment of this bachelor thesis is a project of a family house in a natural quarry Lobendava close to a village of the same name in north Bohemia. The given land estate is separated from the village with about 3,5 km area of woods and natural structures. The flooded quarry is sorrounded by rock, which has become a partial shelter of the designed family house. The intent is to maintain the dominant position of nature in this location and to design the shape of the house in a way that will not interfere with the surroundings. The water shore is interspacing with the right-angled top view shape. The organic curve also copies the shape of the rock and this does not disrupt the natural sturucture´s substances. In order to reach direct contact between the interior and the exterior, the organic southwest facade is glazed and therefore enables breathtaking views into the surroundings. In the direct view, the materials in the house create two lines, two parts of the house, connected with a central stairway. The above-standard layout of the family house is designed according to the investors visions and it is equipped with supplementary functions and additional space on the basis of the placement in the location. The Lobendava House represents an undisturbed home in the heart of nature.
