Abstract

Předmětem práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu v Praze, na parcele ve vilové oblasti, mezi ulicemi Na Špitálce a Neherovská. Hlavním specifikem a pozitivem parcely je bezpochyby kombinace vilové oblasti a dále pak jihozápadní orientací s výhledem na Prahu. Z těchto základů vychází koncept domu, který vytváří otevřený prostor s výhledem na jih a velkou zahradou ve spojení s hlavní denní místností domu. Naopak na severovýchod k ulici Na Špitálce je hmota více uzavřena. Díky navržené hmotě dále vznikají prostory teras pro prarodiče, děti i celou rodinu pod vykonzolovanou hmotou domu na východě. Hmota domu je také rozčleněna podle jednotlivých funkcí na oblast pro denní aktivitu na jih a garsonka pro prarodiče se spojením se zahradou. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se ještě nachází technické zázemí domu s garáží orientovanou na severovýchod. V druhém nadzemním podlaží jsou prostory pro rodiče s pracovnou a rozcvičovnou a pokoje pro děti s terasou a zázemím. Dům je velmi otevřený a členitý směrem na jih díky proskleným plochám domu. Naopak směrem k ulici na sever a sousednímu domu na západě je spíše uzavřený.

The subject of the thesis is the design of a family house for a four-member family in Prague, on a plot in a villa area, between the streets Na Špitálce and Neherovská.The main specificity and positive aspect of the parcel is undoubtedly the combination of the villa area and further southwest orientation with a view of Prague. From these foundations comes the concept of a house that creates an open space overlooking the south and a large garden in conjunction with the main dayroom of the house. On the contrary, in the northeast of Na Špitálce Street, the matter is more closed. Thanks to the proposed mass, the terraces for grandparents, children, and the whole family are created under the exhausted mass of the house in the east.The mass of the house is also broken down by function to the area for daytime activity to the south and the studio for grandparents connected with the garden. On the first floor there is a technical background of the house with a garage oriented to the northeast. On the second floor there are a room for parents with work and warm-up and rooms for children with a terrace and facilities. The house is very open and fractured to the south due to the glazed areas of the house. On the other hand, towards the north and the neighboring house in the west, it is rather closed.
