Rodinný dům Lipno nad Vltavou

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout rodinný dům pro čtyřčlennou rodinu na zalesněné parcele u břehu vodní nádrže Lipno. Parcela se nachází mezi obcemi Frymburk a Lipno nad Vltavou. Výhodná orientace na světové strany se příznivě projevila při návrhu domu. Svažitý terén je ze severovýchodní strany oddělen rušnou silnicí od stínícího lesa. Jižní až jihozápadní strana je orientována na vodní nádrž Lipno, od které je oddělena rušnou cyklostezkou. Přístup k parcele je možný z nově vybudované příjezdové silnice. Vzhledem k situaci pozemku byl zvolen jednopodlažní dům s klesajícími patry, čímž byl minimalizován zásah do terénu a prostředí. Díky umístění v lese je dům rozčleněn do několika hmot, čímž je umožněno prorůstání stromů objektem. Celý dům stojí na podezdívce ze ztraceného bednění, které je založeno na betonových pasech. Nosnou konstrukci domu tvoří lepené CLT panely NOVATOP, na střešní konstrukci byl použit systém od stejného výrobce. Provětrávanou fasádu tvoří opalovaná prkna, která podtrhují tmavší nenarušující kompozici. Směrem od silnice je stavba zcela bez otvorů. Naopak k Lipnu je dům maximálně otevřen. V této oblasti se nachází veškeré obytné prostory. Před ostrým sluncem, nebo naopak nevlídným větrem, dům chrání přesahy střechy a posuvné stínící panely. Po uzavření dům tvoří jednotné hmoty. Z každého pokoje je přímý vstup na otevřenou vyvýšenou terasu. Bakalářská práce je zpracována ve formě architektonické studie a vybraná část projektové dokumentace ve stupni dokumentace pro stavební povolení.

The target of the Bachelor thesis was to design family house for four-member family, on the shore of the Lipno dam. Parcel is situated between villages Frymburk and Lipno nad Vltavou. Advantageous orientation on the world sides has been beneficial in designing the house. The parcel is situated on the sloping terrain, from northeast is separated with busy road from the shading forest. South and southwest side is oriented to water dam Lipno, from which it is separated with busy cycle-road. Access to the plot is possible by the newly build access road. Considering to the situation of the parcel was chosen one-storey house with decreasing floors, this minimizing impact on the terrain and environment. Because of the location in the forest, is house divided to the nine several masses, allowing the growth trees. The entire house stands on the lost formwork, which is based on concrete foundation. The supporting structure is from glued CLT panels NOVATOP, for the roof structure was used system from the same company. Ventilated facade from blackened wood supporting the darkness not-disturbing composition. From the road is building completely without holes. But direction to the water dam is house as much as possible open. All of the living spaces are situated here. From the sharp sun, or from the non-comfortable wind, is house protected by the roof overhangs and sliding shading panels. After closing all the panels is house from the simple masses. Each room has access to the open raised terrace. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in architecture study form, and chosen part in project documentation in the level of building permit documentation.
