Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v Praze 6 Liboci. Pozemek, na němž je stavba umístěna, má výhled na hladinu Libockého rybníka. Návrh domu vychází z charakteru pozemku, kterým je prudký severní svah. Koncept objektu je přizpůsoben výhledu a orientaci vůči světovým stranám. Rodinný dům se skládá ze dvou odlišných hmot. Spodní klidovou část domu tvoří kvádr, na kterém je umístěna horní dvoupodlažní hmota s pultovou střechou, koncipována jako obytná zóna, jež kopíruje svah pozemku. Při návrhu byl kladen důraz na otevřenost prostoru a propojení s přírodou.

The subject of the bachelor labor was to design a family house in Prague 6 Liboc. From the land, where is the building located, is a direct view the Liboc pond. The design of the house is based on the character of the land, which is the steep northern slope. The concept of the object is adapted to the outlook and orientation towards the world's sides. A family house consists of two different masses. The lower part, the resting zone of the house, forms a block, the upper two-storey mass, which is a residential zone, is copying with its shed roof the slope of the terrain. The main emphasis during the design was heading to create an open spaces and to connect house and nature together.
