Územní analýza obce Dublovice

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření územní analýzy obce Dublovice. Práce je rozdělena na část textovou a grafickou. V textové části vycházíme z podkladů pro rozbor udržitelného rozvoje území, které jsou zpracovávány podle metodiky ÚAP. Vlastní rozbor území obsahuje hodnoty, problémy a limity území včetně SWOT analýzy, kterou dělíme na tři pilíře (enviromentální, sociální a ekonomický). Grafická část je provázaná s částí textovou a obsahuje tyto přílohy: Výkres širších vztahů, Výkres funkčního využití území, Výkres dopravní infrastruktury, Výkres technické infrastruktury, Výkres limitů a hodnot, Výkres záměrů a problémů. Součástí práce je také fotodokumentace.

The aim of this bachelor is to create a territorial analysis of the village of Dublovice. The work is divided into text and graphics. In the text part, we draw on the bases for the analysis of the sustainable development of the territory, which are processed according to the methodology of the UAP. The actual analysis of the territory includes the values, problems and limits of the territory, including the SWOT analysis, divided into three pillars (environmental, social and economic). The graphic part is linked with a text part and includes the following attachments: Drawing of wider relations, Drawing of functional use of territory, Drawing of transport infrastructure, Drawing of technical infrastructure, Drawing of limits and values, Drawing of intentions and problems. Part of the work is also photographic documentation.
