Rodinný dům Lobendava

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v opuštěném syenitovém lomu na severu České republiky nedaleko obce Lobendava. Cílem je vytvoření vhodného bydlení pro rodinu se specifickými potřebami a touhami. Základem konceptu je vytvoření jednoduchého tvaru a zprostředkování kontaktu s jezerem na dně lomu. Hmota domu je jednoduchý kvádr s vnitřním atriem, které slouží k přístupu přímo na břeh jezera. Dům také využívá svahu, aby byla jeho hmota částečně skryta a došlo tak k většímu souznění s přírodou.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is a design of a family house in an abandoned syenite quarry in the north of the Czech Republic. The goal is to create suitable living for a family with specific needs and desires. The concept is in creation of a simple shape and mediation of a contact with a lake on the bottom of the quarry. The house is in shape of a rectangular prism with an inner atrium, which is used for a direct access to the lake shore. The house is also using the hillside to partially hide its volume and thus to fit better into the nature.
