Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v proluce v ulici Na Hrobci, v Praze 2. Tvarové řešení objektu navazuje na okolní zástavbu a dotváří tak ucelenou linii ulice. Objekt svou osobitost podtrhuje svým jednoduchým řešením hmoty i hlavní fasády do ulice. Tvoří tak předěl mezi rušnou ulicí a klidnou zónou ve vnitrobloku. Proto je společenský život obyvatel domu situován k ulici a soukromí do parteru. Objekt je navržen tak, aby byl zachován maximální komfort prostoru i na malé parcele, nabízí tak prostory pro společenský rodinný život i pro soukromí každého člena rodiny

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is the design of a familz house in a space at the location Na Hrobci street in Prague 2. The shape of the building is connected to the sorrounding area and completes the whole line of the street. The object underscores its individuality through its simple solution of the mass and the main facade facing the street. It forms a divide between a busy street and a quiet zone in the countryard. Therefore, the social life of the house´s inhabitants is situated to the street and privacy in the ground floor. The object is designed to mantain maximus space comfort even on small parcel, offering space for social family life and for the privacy of every member of the family.
