Dôležitou súčasťou je preskúmanie možností štatistických metód analýzy rozmiestnenia častíc v ploche, implementácia algoritmov v softwarovom nástroji a ich rozšírenie do priestorovej analýzy. The diploma thesis deals with the detection and analysis of particles in the microscopic images. The introduction describes the process of developing these images using electron microscopy. The following are methods for the detection and classification of particles. The aim is to choose a proper method for the detection of particles in the microscopic images and subsequent statistical evaluation of the allocation of these particles. An important part is to explore the possibilities of statistical methods for analyzing particles in the deployment area, implementation of algorithms in software tools and their extension to spatial analysis.
