Specifika řízení rodinné firmy

Abstract

Cílem práce Specifika řízení rodinné firmy je porovnání teoretického východiska s reálnou skutečností rodinného podnikání. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením hlavních pojmů týkající se této problematiky, možnostmi řízení rodinných firem a nejčastějšími problémy, se kterými se lze setkat. Praktická část je věnována analyzováním problémů, vztahů a další problematice vycházející z teoretické části ve třech rodinných firmách, které poskytly relevantní informace ke zpracování a posouzení jejich situace. V závěru této práce byly vytvořeny návrhy řešení pro každou společnost.

The aim of this thesis Specifics of Famsily Businness Management is to compare theoretical basic with real situation of family businness. In the first part I deal with the definition of main conceps concerning to these issues, possibilities managering family companies and the most frequent problems. The practial part is devoted to analyses of problems, relationships and other issues proceeding from the theoretical part in three family businesses which provided me relevant information to process and assess their situation. In the end, I created a draft solution for each company.
