Krizové řízení podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou podnikového krizového managementu, práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část diplomové práce sestává ze tří kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje definování krize v podniku z obecného pohledu, jsou zde vyjmenovány možné příčiny krize, fáze a průběh krize. Druhá kapitola popisuje krizový management, jeho funkci a činnosti. Třetí kapitola se věnuje jednotlivým krokům krizového řízení, zejména pak plánování a komunikaci. V praktické části diplomové práce je analyzována krizová situace výrobního podniku, který je typickým subdodavatelem stavebních firem. V první kapitole praktické části je popsána skutečná společnost, která zastupuje subdodavatele stavebnictví střední až větší velikosti a vysvětlena jeho situace. Následující kapitola hodnotí činnost původního managementu v latentní fázi krize podniku, zabývá se zejména změnami v organizační struktuře a finanční analýzou období před příchodem krizového managementu. Třetí kapitola se věnuje rozboru situace po příchodu krizového týmu do podniku, zejména účinnosti jeho jednotlivých opatření, rozboru finančních výsledků podniku a celkovému zhodnocení situace.

This thesis deals with problematics of crisis management of an enterprise. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters, the first chapter is focused on defining crisis in the enterprise in general terms. Possible causes, phases and the evolution of the crisis at the enterprise are described there. The second chapter focuses on crisis management, its function and activity at the enterprise. Third chapter is devoted to each step of the crisis team, especially planning and communication. The practical part of the thesis deals with the crisis situation in the factory plant which is a typical subcontractor of construction companies. The first chapter explains the situation and describes the enterprise which represents a company of medium to large size. The next chapter assesses the activities of the initial management in the latent stage of the crisis, and principally engages in the changes in organizational structure and financial analysis in the period before the coming of crisis management. The third chapter is devoted to the analysis of the situation after the coming of the crisis team in the company, particularly the efficiency of its procedures, the analysis of the company's financial results and the overall assessment of the situation.
