Technicko-ekonomická studie využití objektu klášterního pivovaru

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je stanovení nákladů na rekonstrukci objektu klášterního pivovaru ve Vyšším Brodu a návrh a porovnání několika variant jeho využití. V teoretické části jsou popsány metody pro ekonomicko-technické hodnocení investičních záměrů a postup při vicekriteriálním rozhodování. V praktické části jsou čtenáři nejprve seznámeni s objektem a následně jsou stanoveny počáteční náklady na rekonstrukci stavby. Dále jsou navrženy tři varianty využití pivovaru, včetně stanovení jejich nákladů a výnosů, které jsou mezi sebou porovnány a vyhodnoceny.

The aim of this master theses is to determine the expenses for the reconstruction of the monasterial brewery in Vyšší Brod, Czech Republic; furthermore the project and comparision of several variants of this brewery's use are presented. In the theoretical part, methods for economic-technical valuation of investment purposes and the procedure of multi-criterion decision process are described. In the practical part, the readers firstly become acquainted with the object; furthermore the initial expenses for the reconstrucion of the building are set. Hereafter, three variants for the usage of the brewery are designed, including the determination of their expenses and incomes which are compared with each other and evaluated.
