Varianty výstavby hrubé stavby projektu Administrativního centra - "City West"

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je řešení stavebně technologického projektu hrubé stavby Administrativního centra - "City West". Autorka se zabývá technologickou, časovou a prostorovou strukturou projektu. Obsahem práce je především navržení harmonogramu dílčích stavebních procesů s ohledem na stávající návrh počtu a rozmístění věžových jeřábů, za dodržení technologických přestávek a minimalizování časových prodlev. Projekt se zabývá také změnou harmonogramu výstavby v důsledku navržení změny pracovní doby. Součástí práce je také řešení zařízení staveniště, technologický postup pilotáže a výstavby železobetonové monolitické konstrukce.

The aim of this dissertation is a solution of the building technology project of a construction site of the administrative centre ? "City West". The author examines the technological, temporal and spatial structure of the project. The essay deals mainly with the suggestion of a schedule of the partial construction processes with regards to the current proposal for the number and location of tower cranes, for compliance with technological intermissions and minimising of delays, the project is concerned with alteration of the construction schedule due to changes in working hours. Finally, the dissertation also includes a solution to a site mechanism (equipment), technological process of piloting of the administration centre and the construction of reinforced concrete structures.
