Projekt studentských kolejí se zaměřením na ploché střechy, kompletační kostrukce a tepelně-technické hodnocení budovy

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na projekt objektu studentských kolejí situovaných v Praze. Předmětem je vytvořit dokumentaci pro stavební povolení podle předložené architektonické studie. Jedná se o čtyřpatrový objekt s plochou zelenou střechou a jedním podzemním patrem. Konstrukční systém je stěnový orientovaný v příčném směru. Hlavní náplní práce je architektonicko-stavební řešení objektu s důrazem na kompletační konstrukce, konstrukci ploché střechy a tepelně-technické posouzení obvodových konstrukcí. Součástí diplomové práce je také stavebně konstrukční řešení a řešení technických zdravotních instalací v objektu.

The thesis is focused on a building project of dormitory located in Prague. The subject is to create a documentation for a building permit submitted by an architectural study. It is a four-storey building with a flat green roof and one underground floor. It is designed in a wall construction system oriented in the transverse direction. The main focus of this thesis is the architectural-construction solution of the building with emphasis on construction completion, construction of flat roofs and assessing thermal and technical performance of the building envelope. The thesis also contains building and construction solutions and technical health installations in the building.
