Rekonstrukce RD se zaměřením na snížení energetické náročnosti budovy

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá rekonstrukcí rodinného domu a je zaměřena na snižování energetické náročnosti budovy. Teoretická část obsahuje analýzu dotačních programů na úspory energií a zhodnocení, zda jsou tyto programy vhodné pro danou rekonstrukci. Praktická část diplomové práce se zabývá žádostmi o financování z dotačních programů. Součástí praktické části je finanční analýza, která hodnotí efektivnost investice.

The thesis focuses on the reconstruction of the family house in order to reduce the energy performance of this building. The theoretical part of the thesis contains an analysis of subsidy programs for energy savings and evaluation, whether these programs are suitable for the reconstruction. The practical part addresses the applications for funding from subsidy programs. The financial analysis, which evaluates the investment efficiency, is the outcome of the practical part of this thesis.
