Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vypracování návrhu provedení evakuace v nově vzniklé části Domova pro osoby s mentálním postižením Osek. V úvodu teoretické části je řešena problematika mentálního postižení, jeho popis a druhy. Následně je zde rozebrán způsob komunikace osob s mentálním či kombinovaným druhem postižení. Dále je v teoretické části definován pojem evakuace, základní pojmy k ní se vztahující, její dělení a způsob plánování. Závěr teoretické části popisuje orgány zřizované pro řízení evakuace, výčet legislativy vztahující se k objektové evakuaci a význam taktických a prověřovacích cvičení. Praktická část obsahuje popis konkrétního zařízení, stanovení cílů práce, kdy na základě vyhodnocení výsledků dotazníkového šetření a cvičné evakuace je zpracován návrh evakuačního plánu pro nově vzniklé oddělení.

This bachelor?s thesis focuses on elaborating a draft of carrying out emergency evacuation in the newly-established part of the Home for Mentally Disabled Persons in the town of Osek. The introduction of the theoretical part deals with the problems of mental disability, with its description and types. Subsequently, there is an analysis of how persons with mental or combined kind of disability communicate there. Further on the theoretical part includes a definition of the term evacuation, the basic terms referring to it, its devision and a way of planning it. The conclusion of the theoretical part describes the authorities set up for managing the evacuation, it involves a list of pieces of legislation referring to building evacuations and the importance of tactical and inspection exercises. The practical part includes the description of the concrete facility and the setting of the goals of the thesis. Accordingly, a draft of an evacuation plan for the newly-established department has been elaborated based on assessing the results of the questionnaire investigation and that of an evacuation dril.
