Analýza vlivů na výkonost geriatrické kliniky Všeobecné fakultní nemocnice s ohledem na stárnutí populace

Abstract

Trendem současné doby je stárnutí populace. Diplomová práce analyzovala dopad tohoto jevu na Geriatrickou kliniku Všeobecné fakultní nemocnice v Praze pomocí metody Dynamická strategická rozvaha. Bylo vytvořeno šest scénářů mapujících oblasti vývoje analyzované skupiny, vývoje klíčových procesů, vývoje teritoriální alokace aktivit, vývoje financování, vývoje konkurence v oboru a vnějšího vývoje. Analýza kliniky proběhla se zaměřením na kapacitní možnosti akutní lůžkové péče kliniky, byly vytvořeny projekce mapující vývoj počtu pacientů a budoucí délky hospitalizace do roku 2050. Byl zjištěn nárůst počtu pacientů a nárůst počtu ošetřovacích dnů, především u věkově starších skupin. Vlivem navýšení lůžkové kapacity v roce 2015 na současný počet 74 akutních geriatrických lůžek nedojde do roku 2050 k překročení lůžkové kapacity kliniky, ta je v současné době na změny související se stárnutím populace připravena.

Population ageing is a trend of current days. The impact of this is analyzed in this diploma thesis, specifically impact on Geriatric Clinic of General University Hospital in Prague. Method called Dynamic strategic deliberation has been used. There were created six scenarios, which dealt with development area of analyzed group, development of key processes, development of territorial activity allocation, funding development, development of competition on the market and external development. The clinic analysis was pointed to facilities of urgent bed capacity. There were created projections, which dealt with development of patient number and future duration of hospitalization till the year 2050. Increase of patient number and increase of treatment days, primarily in older population, were found out. As in 2015 the capacity was increased to today´s 74 acute geriatric beds, there will be no exceeding of bed capacity till year 2050. The Clinic is prepared to changes connected to population ageing in the present.
