Využití tenzometrické plošiny v ambulantní terapii

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím tenzometrické plošiny v terapii u pacientů s poruchou rovnováhy. Zaměřuje se na využití plošiny Wii Balance Board (WBB) od firmy Nintendo v běžné ambulantní terapii a jejím cílem je zhodnotit efektivnost této metody u tří pacientů objektivním přístrojovým měřením v systému StereoBalance. Teoretická část práce obsahuje základní fakta o poškození mozku s ohledem na vybrané diagnózy, popisuje jiné typy balančních plošin využívaných v terapii a diagnostice poruch rovnováhy a ozřejmuje využití vizuální zpětné vazby v rehabilitaci. V části metodologie jsou popsány vyšetřovací a terapeutické metody použité při vstupním a výstupním vyšetření a při rehabilitaci pacientů na tenzometrické plošině. V praktické části jsou zpracovány tři kazuistiky, popsán průběhu terapie na plošině a dále obsahuje návrhy menších úprav softwaru HomeBalance pro lepší, zábavnější a různorodější terapii. Ve výsledcích této práce jsou zhodnoceny a porovnány výstupní kineziologické rozbory spolu s referenčním cvičením na tenzometrické plošině. V části diskuze je poté vyhodnocen a okomentován celkový efekt terapie na stabilitu pacientů, který byl prakticky vyzkoušen.

The Bachelor´s thesis deals with the use of a tenzometric platform in a therapy in patients with a balance disorder. It focuses on the use of platform Wii Balance Board (WBB) from Nintendo Company in the common outpatient therapy and its goal is to assess an effectiveness of this method in three patients by an objective instrumental measurement in a system StereoBalance. The theoretical part of the thesis contains basic facts of brain injury with regard to selected diagnoses, it describes other types of balancing platforms used in the therapy and diagnosing of the balance disorders and elucidates the use of visual biofeedback in a rehabilitation. The examination and therapeutic methods use at the entry and the final examination and in the rehabilitation of the patients on the tenzometric platform are described in the part methodology. In the practical part, three case histories are processed, the course of the therapy on the platform is described and further it contains the proposals of smaller adjustments of the HomeBalance software for the better, more entertaining and more varied therapy. In the results of this thesis, the final kinesiologic analyses along with the reference exercising on the tenzometric platform are assessed and compared. The total effect of the therapy on the stability of the patients, which was tested practically, is then evaluated and commented in the part discussion.
