Analýza funkčnosti traumatického plánu Pardubické krajské nemocnice

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá připraveností Pardubické krajské nemocnice na příjem velkého počtu raněných při hromadném neštěstí osob. Práce obsahuje profil vybrané nemocnice, popis areálu nemocnice a umístění dalších zdravotnických zařízení v Pardubickém kraji. Dále jsou uvedeny krizové plány, které zabezpečují krizovou připravenost nemocnice. Je zde zmíněna také zdravotnická záchranná služba Pardubického kraje, úkoly jejího operačního střediska, rozmístění výjezdových stanovišť v kraji a metoda třídění START, která se využívá při hromadném postižení zdraví osob v rámci mimořádné události. Cílem práce je návrh traumatologického plánu na základě zjištěných druhů rizik a porovnání s dosud vypracovaným traumatologickým plánem nemocnice. V rámci této práce je také navržena metodika pro zpracování traumatologického plánu v lůžkových zdravotnických zařízeních.

The diploma thesis deals with readiness of Pardubice regional hospital for receing a large number of people wounded during a mass disaster. The thesis contains the hospital description, the hospital complex description and the location of other health facilities in Pardubice region. Furthermore, there are contingency plans that ensure hospital readiness in an emergency situation. I also focus on Emergency Medical Services in Pardubice region, tasks of its operational centre, deployment of ambulace stations in the region and the triage method S.T.A.R.T. (Simple Triage And Rapid Treatment) that is used during a mass disaster in an emergency situation. The aim of this work is to draft a traumatological plan based on indentified risk types compared to a previously drawn up traumatological plan of the hospital. Within this work I also suggest a methodology for making a traumatological plan in inpatient health care facilities.
