Porovnání PACS systémů používaných v jednotlivých zdravotnických zařízeních v ČR

Abstract

Diplomová práce hodnotí a porovnává existující systémy pro archivaci a komunikaci obrazových DICOM radiologických dat ve zdravotnických zařízeních v rámci ČR. V teoretické části byl prozkoumán obecný princip fungování PACS systémů doplněný základní charakteristikou komunikačního standardu DICOM a dále byly zmapovány PACS systémy používané v zahraničí spolu s jejich základními charakteristikami. V praktické části bylo cílem vytvořit přehled PACS řešení používaných v ČR a pomocí deskriptivních metod je podrobně popsat. Pomocí SWOT a TOWS analýz byly zhodnoceny možnosti a rozvoj jednotlivých systémů. Použitím metody CEA bylo provedeno i ekonomické porovnání systémů. Na základě výsledků z výzkumné části bylo zformulováno doporučení pro uživatele i tvůrce jednotlivých systémů.

My thesis evaluates and compares existing systems for archiving and communication of DICOM image data within Health-Care Facilities in Czech Republic. There are the fundamentals of PACS systems described in the theoretical part supplemented with basic characteristics of DICOM standard as well as overview of PACS systems used worldwide together with their basic properties. The main goal of the explorative part of the thesis was to compile an overview of PACS systems used in Czech Republic and their detailed description in a view of the technological differences. Using SWOT and TOWS methods there were the capabilities and development of each PACS system assessed with contribution of users of PACS and the method of CEA was used for the economical comparison of the systems. Based on the results of the explorational part the recommendation to the users and the developers was formulated.
