Porovnání navození anestezie u celotělového simulátoru člověka a reálného pacienta

Abstract

Celotělový pacientský simulátor reprezentuje model reálného pacienta, který může být použit pro vzdělávání lékařských i nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků. Současné studie se spíše zaměřují na využití HPS pro trénink krizových situací v anestezii, než na hodnocení míry shodnosti fyziologických odezev celotělového simulátoru a reálného pacienta během celkové anestezie. Cílem této práce je porovnání hodnot vitálních parametrů (HR, MAP, SpO2) u pacientského simulátoru HPS s údaji od reálných pacientů během navození a vedení celkové anestezie a následné zhodnocení, zda odpovídají realizované simulace reálnému stavu při operacích pacientů.

A whole body human patient simulator (HPS) resembles a real live patient and serves as a tool for the training of medical professionals. Current studies aim more at utilizing HPS for the training of crisis situations during anesthesia rather than for the assessment of correspondence rates of the HPS?s physiological responses as opposed to real live patient responses during general anesthesia. The main goals of this study are to compare the vital sign data (HR, MAP, SpO2) of the HPS with that of the values from real patients during the induction and maintenance of general anesthesia and to subsequently evaluate whether HPS simulations correspond with real life situations during surgery.
