Účinky syndromu vyhoření na pracovníky integrovaného záchranného systému

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je problematika syndromu vyhoření u pracovníků IZS. Aktuálnost tématu vychází z náročnosti práce, zejména z psychické zátěže, která postihuje pracovníky. Teoretická část definuje syndrom vyhoření, jeho příznaky, fáze, příčiny vzniku a možnost prevence. Také se zabývá jinými psychickými stavy, které se často vyskytují u pracovníků, kteří se potýkají se stresem a zátěží. Na teoretickou část navazuje výzkumná část. Cílem diplomové práce je přinést ucelený náhled na problematiku syndromu vyhoření a členy IZS. Výzkum je vytvořený na základě vyplněných anonymních dotazníků, které byly distribuované mezi 288 respondenty. Získaná data jsou v empirické části zpracována ve formě tabulek a grafů. V diskuzi je provedena komparace námi zjištěných výsledků s výsledky jiných autorů. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky a cíle práce.

The thesis deals with the issue of burnout among staff of the Integrated Rescue System. Topicality of this theme is based on the ambitiousness of work, especially psychological burden that affects workers. The theoretical part defines burnout, its symptoms, stages, causes and possible prevention. It also deals with other psychiatric conditions that often occur among workers who are struggling with stress and burden. The theoretical part is followed by the research part. The thesis aims to provide a comprehensive view on the issue of burnout and members of the Integrated Rescue System. Research is created on the basis of the completed anonymous questionnaires that were distributed among 288 respondents. The obtained data are processed in the empirical part in the form of tables and graphs. Discussion deals with the comparison of the results with the results of other authors. The conclusion summarizes the results and objectives of the thesis.
