Hilterapia(R) jako léčebný prostředek gonartróz a epikondylitid

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematice Hilterapia? jako léčebného prostředku u epikondylitid a gonartróz. Teoretická část se věnuje anatomii kolenního a loketního kloubu, dále stručnou charakteristikou obou diagnóz, vysvětlení metody Hilterapia?, konkrétně jejími parametry, účinky, indikacemi, kontraindikacemi a v neposlední řadě požadavky na laserové pracoviště. Výzkum metody Hilterapia? je hlavní náplní speciální části bakalářské práce. Zkoumáme efekt terapie a škálu bolesti u pacientů trpících gonartrózou a epikondylitidou při jednotlivých aplikacích HILT? a následně po třech týdnech od poslední aplikace. Pro výzkum používáme přístroj HIRO 3.0. V kapitole metodologie jsou popsány použité metody k výzkumu, popis pracoviště, kde se výzkum konal a popis přístroje, který byl k výzkumu použit. Dále je zde uveden anamnestický soubor. Kapitola výsledků obsahuje výsledky výzkumu, statistické zpracování, analýzu dat a výsledné tabulky s výsledky. V diskuzi porovnáme, zda se efekt High Intensity Laser Therapy liší u onemocnění měkkých tkání či degenerativního onemocnění chrupavky a rozebereme, zda se bude lišit efekt terapie hned po ukončení série aplikací a po třech týdnech od posledního sezení.

The present bachelor thesis is concerned with the issue of Hilterapia? as a treatment tool for gonarthrosis and epicondylitis. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy of the knee joint and elbow, gives a brief description of both diagnoses, introduces the Hilterapia? method, namely its parameters, effects, indications and contraindications, and finally presents the requirements for a laser facility. The research of Hilterapia? method constitutes the main body of the special analytical part of the present paper. It researches the effects of the therapy and VAS Pain of patients suffering from gonarthrosis and epicondylitis, both at the individual applications of HILT? and three weeks after the last session. For the purposes of the research, the HIRO 3.0. device has been used. The methodological chapter gives an overview of all methods used, the research facility and the description of the device used for applications. Furthermore, it presents the case histories. The practical part contains the result of the research, its statistical processing, data analysis and the final tables with results. The discussion compares if the effects of the High Intensity Laser Therapy present any differences in the case of soft tissue disease or degenerative joint disease and examines if the effect of the therapy differs at the end of the application series and three weeks after the last session.
