Totální endoprotéza kolenního kloubu - možnosti terapie na dynamickém posturografu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na rehabilitaci pacientů s totální endoprotézou kolenního kloubu za použití posturografického přístroje. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. V teoretické je pojednáváno o základních anatomických a kineziologických poznatcích kolenního kloubu, gonartróze a možnostech její léčby. Čtenář se zde dočte i o historii posturografie, principu jeho fungování a možnostech objektivizace a léčby na dynamickém posturografu. Začátek praktické části je věnován metodologii, ve které jsou popsány jednotlivé vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy, které jsem použila. Tato část bakalářské práce také zahrnuje metodiku sběru dat a popis pracoviště, na kterém byla terapie realizována. Vlastní praktická část je zpracována formou tří kazuistik. Obsahují informace o každém pacientovi, anamnézu, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, vstupní posturografické vyšetření a popis jedné modelové terapeutické jednotky u každého z probandů. Závěrem kazuistik je zpracované a vyhodnocené výstupní posturografické testování a porovnání se vstupními daty. V diskuzi je souhrnné porovnání vstupních a výstupních měření všech tří probandů a zhodnocení efektivity terapie. Závěr práce je věnován shrnutí splněných cílů a navržení možného pokračování této práce.

This bachelor?s thesis focuses on the rehabilitation of patients after total knee arthroplasty using dynamic posturography. The study consists of two parts ? theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the basic anatomic and kinesiology knowledge about the knee joint, gonarthrosis and possible methods of its treatment. The reader will learn about the history of posturography, its principles and use of its objective measurement and dynamic posturography therapy. The introduction to the practical part is devoted to methodology, and describes individual diagnostic and therapeutic procedures which were used in the thesis. This part of the bachelor´s thesis also introduces data collection methods and describes the workplace where the therapy took place. The core practical part is in three casuistry sections. They provide information about each patient, their medical history, their entry applied kinesiology examination, posturography diagnosis, and a description of one model therapy session of each of the probands. The casuistry sections are concluded in a presentation of compiled and evaluated final posturography measurements and their comparison to the entry data. The discussion presents an overall comparison of the entry and final measurements of all three probands and an evaluation of the therapy effectiveness. The conclusion summarises fulfilled goals and suggests a possible continuation of this thesis.
