Triage pozitivní pacient se závažným úrazem na pracovišti urgentního příjmu

Abstract

Závažné úrazy jsou v ČR i ve světě dlouhodobě hlavní příčinou úmrtí obyvatel do 40 let. Zdravotnický záchranář se na jejich ošetřování může podílet jak v rámci přednemocniční, tak neodkladné nemocniční péče. Cílem této práce je přinést pohled na reálný průběh ošetření triage pozitivního pacienta se závažným úrazem na oddělení urgentního příjmu traumacentra. Teoretická část se zabývá organizací práce, materiálním, technickým a personálním vybavením i efektivitou traumatýmu a popisuje doporučené postupy vyšetření a ošetření triage pozitivních pacientů.

Severe injuries are in the Czech Republic as well as worldwide the main cause of deaths of citizens below 40. A paramedic can participate on their treatment within both, the pre-hospital and urgent hospital care. The aim of this work is to bring a view on a real course of a treatment of triage positive patient with a severe injury in an trauma center emergency department. The theoretical part deals with work organization, material, technical and personal background as well as the effectiveness of trauma teams and it describes recommended procedures of examination and treatment of a triage positive patient.
