Využití HTA u asistivních technologií

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem zavedení metod HTA do systému rozdělování a financování asistivních technologií. V České republice se jedná o oblast, která je legislativně velmi roztříštěná. Asistivní technologie, jejich rozdělování a financování spadá do oblasti zdravotního a sociálního pojištění. Ne všechny technologie však jsou hrazeny sociálním a zdravotním pojištěním. Na základě uvedených studií byl navržen postup využívající metody HTA ve zdravotním i sociálním pojištění. Část tohoto postupu byla aplikována na konkrétní technologii. Je vypracována ukázka HTA zprávy, která by se přikládala k žádosti o zařazení do úhradového systému u zdravotního pojištění. Pro tuto aplikaci návrhu byla vybrána technologie telemedicínského sledování glykémie u diabetu mellitu 1. typu.

This thesis is dealing with making a suggestion of introducing methods of HTA into the system of distributing and funding of assistive technologies. In the Czech Republic this is an area much fragented in legislation. The distributing and funding of assistive technologies is included in the area of health and social insurance. But not all technologies are paid from social and health insurance. There was made a suggestion of an approach using methods of HTA in health and social insurance on the base of the mentioned studies in the thesis. A part of this approach was applied to a particular technology. A sample of an HTA report is included in this thesis. The report should be a part of the request refering to the reimbursement system of health insurance. A technology of glucose control with telemedicine in type 1 diabetes mellitus was chosen for this sample of the suggestion of introducing methods of HTA in practice.
