Hodnocení efektivity nákupu nového traumatologického RTG přístroje ve FNM

Abstract

Cílem této práce je zhodnocení efektivity nákupu nového traumatologického RTG přístroje na Kliniku zobrazovacích metod FN Motol. V přehledu současného stavu jsou analyzovány studie týkající se metod multikriteriálního rozhodování a metod HTA. Dále je zmapována situace na daném oddělení, je popsán stávající přístroj a odlišnosti práce na tomto oddělení. Dále jsou specifikovány potřebné parametry pro nákup traumatologického RTG přístroje. Analýzou trhu byly vybrány 4 přístroje, které splňují předem určená kritéria ? Philips DigitalDiagnost, Siemens Multitom RAX, Canon Adora DRi a GMM Opera Swing. Pro hodnocení efektu jsou využívány metody expertního hodnocení a multikriteriálního hodnocení. Výsledná data jsou vyhodnocena pomocí nákladové analýzy efektivity. Pro vítězný přístroj je vypočítána návratnost investice a doba návratnosti investice. V závěru jsou uvažovány možnostmi financování tohoto zdravotnického přístroje.

Objective of this work is to assess effectiveness of the purchase of a new traumatological X-ray device for the Department of Radiology of the Motol University Hospital. In the overview of current status there are analysed studies related to methods of the multicriteria decision making and HTA methods. Further, situation in the given department is mapped and also current device and differences in work in this department are described. Further, there are specified necessary parameters for the purchase of a new traumatological X-ray device. 4 devices, which met predetermined parameters, were selected by the market analysis - Philips DigitalDiagnost, Siemens Multitom RAX, Canon Adora DRi and GMM Opera Swing. I am using methods of expert assessment and multicriteria evaluation for the assessment of impact. Resulting data are evaluated using the cost effectivess analysis. Return on investment and payback period are calculated for the winning. In the conclusion possibilities of financing of this device are considered.
