Vybrané laboratorní metody využívané při diagnostice a terapii alergické rhinitidy

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci se pojednává zejména o diagnostických metodách využívaných v alergologické praxi při onemocnění alergickou rhinitidou. Mezi nejběžnější vyšetření prováděná alergologem patří: anamnéza, kožní Prick testy, laboratorní stanovení IgE specifických protilátek a komponentová diagnostika. Na základě výsledků těchto vyšetření je lékařem indikován nejvhodnější způsob léčby. Mezi způsoby léčby alergické rhinitidy patří: režimová opatření, farmakoterapie a specifická imunoterapie alergenem (SIT). Cílem této práce je ověřit diagnostickými metodami, především vyšetřením specifických IgE protilátek a komponentovou diagnostikou, vhodnost imunoterapie pro určitý vzorek pacientů. Dále výsledky jednotlivých typů vyšetření příslušně zpracovat a zhodnotit.

This bachelor thesis mainly discusses the topic of diagnostic methods applied in allergological practices in the time of allergic rhinitis illness. The most used examination for this illness carried by allergologist includes: anamnesis, dermatological Prick tests, laboratory assessment lgE of specific antibodies and component diagnostics. On the basis of these examination results, the doctor identifies the most suitable method of treatment. Among the methods of allergic rhinitis treatment belong: regime precautions, pharmacotherapy and specific alergen immuno-therapy (SAIT). The aim of this bachelor thesis is to verify through diagnostic methods, mainly through the investigation of specific lgE antibodies and component diagnostics, the pertinence of immunotherapy for specific sample of patients. Further on results of the individual types of investigations will be applicably processed and evaluated.
