Specifika pracovních týmů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky pracovních týmů. Týmová práce je v dnešní době již běžná záležitost, je třeba si uvědomit, že ne každý tým je správně sestavený a tím pádem efektivní a pro společnost přínosný. Práce se zaměřuje na vysvětlení základních pojmů a objasnění problematiky pracovních týmů. V teoretické části naleznete základní přehled některý pojmů, které jsou pro týmovou práci stěžejní. Jsou to například typy a formy pracovních týmů, synergický efekt, typologie členů týmu a týmové role. Z uznávaných autorů je v práci představen Dr. Meredith Belbin.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with specifics of work teams. Teamwork is nowadays a common thing, it is important to realize that not every team is compiled correctly and thus efficient and beneficial to company. The thesis focuses on explaining the basic concepts and clarification of work teams. In the theoretical section it provides an overview of some basic concepts that are fundamental for teamwork. These include the types and forms of work teams, synergistic effect , the typology of team members and team roles. In the thesis there is presented the concept developed by dr. Meredith Belbin.
