Analýza vlivu znečištění ovzduší na obyvatelstvo pomocí GIS

Abstract

Úvod práce obsahuje teorii shrnující hlavní poznatky a trendy problematiky znečištění ovzduší a jeho analýzy pomocí nástrojů GIS. Vlastním obsahem práce je tvorba map koncentrací několika znečišťujících látek (polutantů) ve třech krajích České republiky. Mapy jsou vytvořeny na základě imisních dat z databáze Českého hydrometeorologického ústavu a jsou doplněna dopravními daty ze sčítání dopravy za rok 2010. Pro tvorbu map byla použita kombinace vlastního postupu a běžných nástrojů GIS. Analyzovanými kraji jsou kraj Vysočina, hlavní město Praha a Ústecký kraj. Z demografických dat těchto krajů je určena expozice obyvatel a citlivých skupin těmto polutantům za rok 2011. Dosažené expozice jsou porovnány s platnými limitními hodnotami. Výsledkem práce jsou přehledné tabulky expozice v jednotlivých administrativních jednotkách krajů, slovní zhodnocení, mapy znečištění a mapy expozice obyvatel.

The introduction of this thesis summarizes a theory and trends of air pollution and its analysis using GIS. The body of the thesis deals with mapping ambient air quality of several pollutants in three regions of the Czech Republic. The maps are made on the basis of air quality data freely accessible from the database of Czech hydrometeorological institute. Complementary source of data are vehicular traffic data from the national census in the year 2010. The maps are made using a combination of self devised and standard GIS methods. The three analyzed regions are: Vysočina district, Prague and Ústecký district. Using also demographic data of these regions the exposure of its population to the harmful effects of air pollutants is computed. The reference year is 2011. Computed exposure values are compared with limit values. The results are shown in tables at the end of the thesis which contains also verbal evaluation. Interpolated maps of air quality and population exposure maps are attached as appendices to the thesis.
