Implementace agilního přístupu v projektovém řízení

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá implementací agilního přístupu v projektovém řízení, konkrétně v divizi IT České spořitelny, a.s. První, teoretická část této práce je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů a postupů projektového řízení a agilního přístupu. Ve druhé, tzv. praktické části je v úvodu provedena analýza prostředí dané společnosti, ve kterém se později implementuje agilní metodika Scrum. V závěrečné fázi této diplomové práce jsou mé návrhy a doporučení pro zlepšení a zefektivnění implementované metodiky Scrum.

This master thesis deals with the implementation of Agile Approach in Project Management, specifically in the IT Division of the company called Česká spořitelna. First, the theoretical part of this thesis is aimed at the definition of key concepts and methods of Project Management and Agile Approach. In the second so called practical part it is realized the analysis of the working environment of the company, where it subsequently is implemented Scrum methodology. In the closing of phase of this master thesis are a proposal of measures to improve and streamline some of the implemented methodology Scrum.
