Optimalizace rámu světelné věže LS V9

Abstract

Práce pojednává o návrhu snížení hmotnosti rámu světelné věže, o provedení analýz rámu, zjištění hmotností a pevností stávajícího rámu. Je zpracováno několik variant úpravy rámu tak, aby byl jeho materiál co nejlépe využit a rám si zachoval dostatečnou pevnost a tuhost, to vše s ohledem na ekonomičnost výroby a co nejmenší zásah do zástavby stroje.

Thesis deals with the design for a reduction in frame weight light towers, the analysis of the frame, to determine weight and strength of the current frame. There is a design of a few variants of adjustment of the frame, so that the material is best utilized and frame retains sufficient strength and rigidity, all with regard to the economy of production and the minimum possible adverse development of machine.
