Klientská strana portálu pro pomoc s informačními technologiemi

Abstract

Moja bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou, návrhom a vytvorením klientskej strany portálu pre pomoc s informačnými technológiami. Tento portál má za úlohu pomôcť bežným užívateľom s ich každodennými problémami s informačnými technológiami tým, že si prostredníctvom neho môžu objednať pomoc študenta informačných technológií. Na základe referenčného riešenia z Holandska a na základe analýzy užívateľov som s použitím najmodernejších technológií a postupov vyhotovil klientske užívateľské rozhranie, ktoré som následne podrobil užívateľskému testovaniu, ktorého výsledky sú zhrnuté v poslednej kapitole tejto práce.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis, layout and creation of a client part of a portal designed to help clients with information technologies. The aim of the portal is to help common users with everyday IT problems by ordering assistance of an IT student. A client user interface was created based on the user analysis and reference solution from Netherlands, using the most current technologies and procedures. The interface was submitted to user testing. The results of the testing are summarized in the last chapter of this thesis.
