Implementace algebraických operací s řetězcovými zlomky v systému SageMath

Abstract

V této práci předkládáme přehled základní teorie řetězových zlomků a shrnutí vývoje výzkumu v oblasti algoritmů pro algebraické operace s řetězovými zlomky. Popisujeme jeden z těchto algoritmů, známý jako Gosperův algoritmus. Na jeho základě navrhujeme algoritmus pro provádění jistých algebraických operací s řetězovými zlomky (konkrétně tzv. Möbiových transformací), diskutujeme jeho korektnost a popisujeme jeho implementaci do open source matematického software SageMath.

In this work, we present an overview of the basic theory of continued fractions and a summary of the development in the area of algorithms for performing algebraic operations with continued fractions. We describe one of the algorithms, known as Gosper?s algorithm. Based on it, we design an algorithm for performing certain algebraic operations with continued fractions (namely the so-called Möbius transformation), we discuss its correctness and describe our implementation into the open source computer algebra system SageMath
