Operativní řízení stavby - novodobá funkce mistra na stavbě

Abstract

Cílem práce je komplexní analýza funkce mistra na stavbě v jeho novodobé formě. Práce si kladla za úkol prozkoumat možnosti operativního řízení stavby z pohledu stavebního mistra a stanovit jeho povinnosti při řízení realizace stavby. Řešena je fáze realizace stavby se všemi aspekty působícími na správnost a plynulost výstavby. Dále jsou detailně řešeny nároky a požadavky stavební firmy na stavebního mistra. Práce obsahuje popis a řešení typových situací během procesu realizace stavby, se kterými se může stavební mistr setkat od zahájení až po dokončení stavebního díla. Hlavní náplní je koordinace stavebních procesů a zabezpečování podmínek pro bezpečnou a plynulou výstavbu. Pro tento účel se v této bakalářské práci objevuje množství zpracovaných grafů a tabulek pro lepší vysvětlení a pochopení systému plánování a řízení realizace stavby.

The aim of this work is complex analysis of foreman function in the construction in its modern form. Dissertation was tasked to investigate the possibility of operational management of the building in terms of foreman and define its responsibilities in the construction management. There is dealt the realization phase of construction with all aspects acting to accuracy and fluency of development. There are also in detail dealt with the demands and requirements of the construction company for the construction foreman. The thesis contains a description and solutions of type situations during the realization of the project, with which foreman may encounter from initiation to completion of construction work. The main task is the coordination of construction processes and security of conditions for safe and fluent construction. For this purpose, in this work reveals numerous of processed graphs and tables for a better explanation and understanding of planning and controling of construction.
