Výpočet únavového namáhání hnacího hřídele

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá analýzou namáhání hnacího hřídele dopravníku sypkých materiálů. V teoretické části práce jsou uvedeny základní zákonitosti týkající se únavy materiálu a dále nosníková teorie. Praktická část práce se zabývá rozborem namáhání konkrétního hnacího hřídele. Výstupem práce je program sloužící k určení míry bezpečnosti namáhání vzhledem k mezi únavy. Vstupem programu jsou jak materiálové, tak geometrické parametry hřídele.

This thesis analyzes strain of driving shaft of the bulk materials conveyor. The theoreetical part indicates the basic rules related to the materiál fatigue and, further on, the beam theory. The practical part deals with an analysis of a strain of a particular drive shaft. The output of the thesis is a program wich determines the level of security towards fatigue limit. The program inputs are material and geometric parameters of a driving shaft.
