Technologické posouzení udržitelnosti zemědělské stavby - objekt K100 - farma Kostelní

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem "Technologické posouzení udržitelnosti zemědělské stavby - objekt K100 - farma Kostelní". V první části se práce zabývá obecnými degradačními procesy, které mají negativní vliv na budovy. Kvůli těmto vlivům je nutné po určité době udělat průzkum budovy a vyhodnotit její stav. Další část se zabývá konkrétním objektem. Objekt je technologicky posouzen a vyhodnocen. Dále jsou v této části navržena a posouzena tři možná využití objektu. Tři návrhy jsou posuzovány hlavně z hlediska časového a finančního. Závěr práce shrnuje navrhované možnosti a posuzuje je i z jiných hledisek.

The theme of this Bachelor thesis is "The Technological Assessment of the Sustainability of Agricultural Building - Object K100 - The Farm Kostelní." In the first part, the thesis deals with the general degradation processes that have had a negative impact on buildings. Because of these influences, it is necessary, after a certain period of time, to survey the building and assess its condition. The second part of the thesis deals with a specific building. The building is technologically assessed and evaluated. Furthermore, this section suggested and evaluated three possible uses for the building. The three proposals are assessed primarily in terms of time and finance. The conclusion summarizes the proposed options and assesses them in other regards.
